What we can’t do for you, and it’s worth pointing out before you write to us: we do not sell or handle tickets, we cannot check the status of a booking, we do not deal with claims regarding lost luggage or delayed flights, and we have no connection whatsoever with Aena or any airline.
Who to contact, depending on the situation
If you’re looking for the airport, we’re not the ones to ask:
- Aena runs both airports — car parks, services, facilities and the terminal lost property office.
- Your airline handles the flight, checked baggage, changes and complaints. A delay is claimed from the airline, not from the airport (how to do it).
