Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas account for the majority of Tenerife’s hotel accommodation, and their bus station is where almost all the southern routes terminate. From the southern airport, the 40 in just over half an hour, the 711 in the early hours of the morning and the 343 if you’re coming from the north.
It is also the destination where the advantage of arriving at the right airport is most apparent: from the south it takes thirty minutes; from the north, nearly two hours.
